The external wooden bridge transfers string vibrations directly down into the 3D-printed instrument body. 

Inside the acoustic cavity, a traditional wood soundpost is wedged vertically between the top and back plates to provide essential structural support under string tension. 

Combining a real wood bridge and internal soundpost with the polymer body helps bridge the gap between modern manufacturing and classic acoustic resonance.
